The interview process took a couple months with multiple video conferences and a final panel interview. There were two different presentations on the Zscaler product that I had to put together. It was a lot of work but well worth it. Very nice group of folks that were interested in knowing what makes you tick.

I had a Zoom call with the recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes, followed by a meeting with the manager, and finally, I presented my proposal to a team of 3, which included the hiring manager, another sales associate, and another manager.

The recruitment process is made up of 4 parts:
1. Audio-only interview with HR
2. Video call with the Head of Customer Success EMEA
3. Video call with VP of Customer Success Global
4. Panel interview with 4/5 participants

very helpful, lot of guidance throughout. Preparatory materials are handed out well in advance for you to prepare. There is a mentor who also clears doubt before the presentation rounds.
