One of the worst experiences ever. Here it goes: - Contacted by the HR and had a generic interview - Post this, I was asked for my availability for an interview with one of the directors, and was told I will receive a confirmation about the same - I never received a confirmation, nor did I receive any communication from the HR. My emails were not responded for a week. - Post this, I was responded to and mentioned that they have had some internal issues with this position, and hence can no longer offer this position to me. Fast forward 1 month later, I get contacted by the same HR again, and she mentioned that they can move forward with this position for me. - I was asked to do a networking test, which I scored 35/40 - Post this, the HR mentioned to me that she would like to schedule a tech screen for me with a member of the team - Again, no confirmation and no response for a 2 weeks. Ridiculous that the HR does not have basic skills to respond to emails, when it they who had contacted me, and not me. I even did a test and you do not respond after that ? I later dropped the email to the HR that I was no longer interested in interviewing for the company, since I had other better offers, and of course better communication channels with them.
