The actual interview process seemed quite good. Alas it was a complete waste of time. I applied for a job in Barcelona. They OFFERED me the job but then said the role was filled the day before (bit weird already I know). I told them to let me know about other openings there (by voicemail, email, speaking to the people running the Barca office). Instead I just found out a few months later that they have been interviewing people for some new React positions in Barcelona. Weird eh. There must be some problems with the recruitment system. The interview process is time consuming for a company of this prestige so be very careful with investing time into it as I felt very very let down after.
