Recruiter reached to me saying they have 200+ positions open. She asked me couple of my experience and future interest related questions and was kind enough to schedule first round with hiring manager who found me fit for their team. I am SDET with hands on dev and automation QA experience of 10+ years. I had behvioural round with manager. Generic questions followed by introduce yourself. He seemed genuine person willing to hire good candidate for his team. I ended up getting mail saying you dont match our requirement. I took it positively considering they want someone with relatively lesser experience but why to consider me in first place for interview then. Though nothing negative I experienced whole process looked like scam later to me, just interviewing for the sec of showing records
