Four rounds of interviews, 30 minutes each. First was with the recruiter, then two program managers, and the global manager last. All of the interviews were conversational, I could tell they were primarily focused on finding a good cultural fit. They reviewed my Linkedin and resume and came prepared with questions about my history, and gave lots of time for me to ask them questions about the role.
The chat process was way beyond my expectation. Although I was told I was not suitable for the position, the recruiter was professional and helpful with tips and advice that will greatly help in my job search which I appreciated.
