I was not communicated with until today after many weeks. The comms thanks me for taking part in the interview process which I was not even invited to do so which I find extremely poor not having the opportunity to do so given my experience and value and informing me I'd been unsuccessful ! I would at least expect to have an initial discussion to discuss the role. This is not at all professional although I appreciate people are busy.

Applied on the 11th of April, spoke with the Recruiter on the 12th, the 14th with the hiring manager, and after Zoom vanished, get another interview on the 17th of May, no-touch nor update between. That the 2nd time I interview with Zoom is always super long. Compare with similar global companies, the process look very poor
