The interview experience with Zoom was definitely a class apart. Technical Recruiter was very helpful during the entire interview process and guided me how to prepare myself for each round. Interview Rounds (All were Technical): Round 1: Technical Screening Round 2: Technology Lead + Coding Round 3 & 4 : Senior Technical Leaders Round 5: Techno-Product Management Round 6 & 7: Head of Engineering & DevOps Round 8: Coding Round All the interviewers were knowledgable and exhibits Zoom core values. They were specific to their questions and discussed on what's required in the current job role. Zoom interview process is bit slow and may take around 1.5 months to complete the entire process because interviewers are from different geographical locations. I enjoyed the overall process and looking forward to join Zoom soon.
