If was clear from the very beginning of the interview that the recruiter had very little interest in my candidacy. He asked very few questions and then told me that he was looking for someone with a background of 10+ yrs in an Intelligence Agency for Special Forces experience in the Military. If that is the case, why did you waste my time to even talk to me given I have none of that? It was clear to me that this recruiter only talked to me to boost the numbers of people that he has talked to and it left a very sour taste in my mouth. I don't waste your time, I would expect an employer to extend the same respect and not waste mine. I know of several people who are also interviewing for this role with this same recruiter and they have been warned about his behavior. My recommendation to Zoom - get a different recruiter.

The only question I remember is I was asked about what I knew about Zoom and what my experience with policy management was.

Entretien
For the Insider Risk Investigator position, different interviews took place with :
1/ The EMEA recruiter
2/ The Head of Insider Risk and the Principal Security Investigator
3/ The team composed of a Security Engineer, and three security investigators
4/ The Chief Counsel to COO and CISO and people working with him including analysts
The recruiter was available for the entire process, sending reminders before the interviews and keeping me posted with calls or emails. Great sense of humour too !
Questions were both technical and more personal. I appreciated the complementarity between the interviewers.
There were two-way interviews where interviewers talk as much as you do. I could ask as many questions as I wanted which is crucial according to me. I do think a job is like a relationship, so it is important to know that if you have the position, you will like it.
Great process and questions. The interviewers make you want to join Zoom and be part of their team.
