I applied,then received an email from one recruiter which explained the role, the compensation,etc, which I agreed on, I asked if there was a cap in the money I could make,since they pays commissions, she told me she did not have an answer for that but she was going to find out for me and will let me know,few days later I sent an email to follow up,and got another email saying I was not selected for the role,very sad to hear that despite the experience I do have I was disqualified right away without having the opportunity to speak with sales manager or other persons that are normally part of the hiring process, I've been chasing this opportunity for a long time ad I did not want it to miss it. In my opinion despite that you guys are offering low salaries you should be more open to consider offering better pay base salaries to people with solid experience like myself (3 years in SaaS),over all 15 years in sales.
