this is a really bad experience for me interviewing with the recruiter. and with zoom. If zoom needs to hire someone with no sponsor, it should suggest writing it in the job title or job description. Because you need a sponsor, so you don't even get a choice to get an interview, and hand it up. For a person who is interested in joining the company is really hurt.
