I interviewed with a recruiter first for 30 minutes. This was followed by a call with the hiring manager and some members of the team for about 2.5 hours. I was very impressed with the entire process. The recruiter I worked with was very thorough and followed up at every step. I was informed of what to expect and when to expect them and she followed through.
