Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zoom Communications (Sydney)

Applied on LinkedIn and got an email from an internal recruiter to schedule a Zoom meeting. We scheduled the meeting for a whole week and a half later and then on the morning of the meeting, it got cancelled.
Had the interview a week after that and it went well. I moved onto the next step to meet the Sales director a week and a half after that and again on the morning of the interview, she didn't even show up.
We then rescheduled it to a week after that and it also went well. Thereafter I had an in-person meeting with the team lead for about an hour. The questions were more behavioural rather than based on my skill in corporate B2B sales.
Two days after that they informed they decided not to proceed with my candidacy.
I requested feedback but they offered none which I found strange.
Overall the process was very disorganised but they were apologetic about it. I also felt it took unnecessarily long, especially because I was proceeding much faster with other applications. A week between each step is unreasonable, especially for an elementary equivalent of a Sales Development Rep position for a maturing sales team.
They are a new team in Sydney though so it is understandable but it is unreasonable to offer no feedback and to have a recruiting process of 1 month for an entry level transactional sales role.
On the positive side though, it was a great company from what I could tell. They had fantastic brand new offices in Capita Square, lunch provided monday to thursday, work from home 1 - 2 days a week, free brand new macbooks, no micromanagement at all, a very chilled out and cool team and a bunch of other perks. I think Zoom does internally reflect the 4.8 - 4.9 rating they have on Glassdoor but they recruiting process definitely requires a great deal of maturing.

I did not even get the chance to interview. I got an email to provide availability for an interview upon applying. I provided that and an interview date was set for about 2 weeks out. About 5 days before the first interview, the person from HR canceled it saying “the available headcount for this role is much smaller than we thought”.
