Applied for a leadership role in Post Sales. Got invited to a recruiter call, recruiter was very engaged, communicated and followed up professionally. Hiring manager call was good as well and HM explained interview process including the next step and shared feedback that I would get invited by the recruiter. Recruiter never reached out again, I wrote 3 follow-up emails - nothing. Still have not heard after a few weeks of radio silence.
A company that is operating in the Commuications space should communicate better in my opinion. Ghosting is not just not kind nor professional - at least send a rejection email or status update if you changed your mind.
