My interview was scheduled on 14th of April. It was a good interview of 30 mins where my work experience and couple of questions like how you will convince US client to use the app and how would you manage to close a deal and interviewer was also convinced with all the answers i gave. The interview was ended with positive note but I haven’t heard from the recruitment team till now, it’s been 5 days already. I think every employer should follow the basic hygiene while recruiting a candidate by at least telling them whether they are selected or not. No matter how big and good the company is, every candidate will initially check the reviews of the company before even going ahead with the interview. So if the employer fails in following the basic hygiene, the ratings will eventually get dropped and company might loose out on good candidate.

Very quick and efficient, the recruiting team was very transparent and enthusiastic about their job and the sales job as well. After submitting the application, I heard back about the phone screen the next day. At the end of the initial phone screen, the recruiter told me I would be moving onto the next round.
