Simple interview process - I was approached by the talent team. Met with GM, Operations Manager and then be offered the job. The process was pretty easy and not many questions were asked. I feel that the interview process is more to judge character rather than anything else.

A friendly conversation that involved both information about the brand and it’s standards but also questions about my experience and potential scenarios in my new workplace. Well structured and made personal to the individual candidates.
