Star interview questions mostly - generally just to gauge the thoughtfulness of the responses. Similar to many other companies the interview process was fairly standard, a phone screen followed by a couple of in-person interviews and then an offer if considered.

The interview last maybe 2/3 weeks. It was pretty straight forward. Standard phone screen, then met with both my the Director and VP Of Sales.
Great process, not too painful.

Whereas the overall experience with ZipRecruiter was a difficult and traumatic one, the Talent Acquisition Team was extremely effective and efficient with their ATS system and their processes, what you should expect from a company like this. However, the remains of the organization lacked something to be desired.

The initial interview was via phone and was fairly quick and painless. The second interview was challenging in that there was an additional phone interview followed by a role play ad it was for a sales role. It was a lengthy process but they did contact me the same day with an offer.

2 interviews with managers playing real life scenarios. apparently I need 30 words. I don't have any other words. It was a really easy interview process. Really really really really really really okay process.
