the interview process was easy. they just wanted a warm body. they are keen on having you just work their website and lots of phone calls. call counts are monitored, the more you have the more leads you receive. most of the leads were of a bogus nature. no real accurate measurement of potential clients who are serious buyers. many agents from other brokers sign up to see how their competition is working.
