There was an English test at the beginning and I have gone through the interviews with the department manager and sales director. They want me to do English introduction at the beginning and they will ask me about my academic background and past work experiences as well as why I left each job. Also, they will ask about how I would handle the conflicts within my job and how much I know about the job.
