A lengthy (30+ minute) email questionnaire, followed by a 1 hour homework assignment, followed by in an in person. Many of the questions were redundant and then the assignment recovered a lot of the same ground. Some of the email questions were the expected personal ones. It was all pretty trivial, and I wished they had asked the one question that rejected me from the start: My salary requirements. For a job that pays so low, the amount of work to get it seems more suited to a 15 minute screening and maybe a 30 minute in person.
