In person at off site location with several managers ... very thorough well prepared questions reviewing relevant experience and how it would apply to position needs. Many questions about what you see as most important duties and responsibilities for the position and how you would approach accomplishing those. There was also per-interview work assignment to accomplish and demonstrate/present your results at the interview.
