The interview opened with a discussion of their core values, then there was a technical screening, then I was asked organizational and management questions. I was given the opportunity to ask questions at each stage and there were several people on the interview including a supervisor, a peer, and a recruiter. Everyone was friendly and showed an interest in me personally.
