      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zeta (Bengaluru) en sept. 2019

      Entretien

      Short Answer: I declined the Offer due to double standards. Long Answer: The HR viewed my profile in Instahyre and scheduled my interview. There are totally 4 technical rounds. - Automation Framework development for given APIs. - Problem Solving - Automation Framework Design - Hiring Manager - Automation + Design Patterns Round. First Visit I had 2 F2F rounds in my first visit to the office. These 2 rounds were warming and prfoessional. HR was prompt in her updates and the process seemed to be smooth. Gave enough time to complete my framework and problem-solving round went really well as the interviewer was really interested to explore my solution. Second Visit Again I had 2 F2F rounds scheduled after a week. Red Flag1: The third round was with a person who started talking in Hindi without asking me, whether I could speak or understand the language in the first place. Red Flag2: He was expecting a full-stack testing but the Job Description said it is completely a Back End Testing. Red Flag3: He insulted the HR who didn't book a room for my interview. [How quickly should I lose my peace of mind if I had to work with this guy?] Red Flag4: The Hiring manager had some issues with my quick jumps. In spite of clearly telling him the reasons for my change, he insisted the HR to record my reasons in an email, before rolling out my offer. So how did I declined by not proceeding with the offer? I did my fair share of research. It took me 2 hrs to explore the candidates who interviewed me and their past experiences. It came as a surprise to me that, the hiring manager who asked me to write reasons for quick jumps, hopped 3 companies in the last 1.5 years! That's it. I made up my mind. RedFlag5: Double Standards. So I told the HR in a call, if the Hiring Manager can write and give that he won't quit as soon as I joined, then I will write it and give it to you. If that's a Hard stop, then I don't want the Offer! Though HR is a very nice person, I don't think the team is! Bottom Line: Interview is a two-way street.
