As easy as it gets, I can't imagine anyone screwing up this process. Super friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and easy going people. Just be yourself and showcase your talents and you're golden.

Signed up online, got an email about an interview and selected a time, had a group interview and then a individual interview. Learned about the company and processes and talked about ourselves.

Entretien
interview process was very easy and welcoming. A little long and stretched out - split into 2 different parts (single interview one week, second group-like interview the week after you complete trial shifts). Some unnecessary videos show during the interview, but much is just bureaucratic stuff that the company is required to do. Interviewer was extremely nice - felt as if I was just chatting with a friend talking about many different topics not just the interview.

I was interview by three catering captains.
1. We all did a brief introduction
2. One of the captain introduced the history of the company
3. Watched a video
4. Explained their apps and the form of communication the company uses

I was asked questions such as: what's my favorite food? How organized Am I?
I was given a written test to answer questions that were covered in the interview such as: What would I do if I arrived early at the client site? How to use the app? Who to call if the food was late?
