J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zenput (Guadalajara, Jalisco) en oct. 2020
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin, she explained me about the Startup, and a brief detail of technologies they use, she scheduled/sent through google hangouts, for a quick call, she came late to the interview and she was bored/stressed I don't know, but felt that she was doing something else during the interview, very unprofessional in my opinion.
A week later after the interview I got an email with the standard email rejection, very unfair process.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zenput en oct. 2020
Entretien
This was a really bizarre process.
Instead of a recruiter, I spoke to someone really high up in the company (equivalent title to C-level manager at other companies I've worked at). We both agreed on a time in writing. I was sent a calendar invite (with the agreed upon time) that I accepted.
The interview began late, and I was told that we supposedly never agreed on a starting time. I heard a lot about other companies in this time, and I couldn't get an answer on what the company was doing technically. I never got a chance to explain what I could do because the interview ended early.
After a few days, I got an email that said even though I had an impressive background, my skillset supposedly didn't match. It also read that the timing for me to work at the company was just bad (since I had other interviews), so I just probably wouldn't ever be able to work there.
