Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Interviews were rescheduled multiple times without adequate notice, and on more than one occasion, I joined scheduled calls only to wait alone for over ten minutes with no communication or follow-up. The lack of clarity and responsiveness throughout this process has made it difficult to engage meaningfully or feel respected as a candidate. Given these repeated issues, I’ve decided to withdraw my application. I no longer wish to pursue opportunities with Zenoti, as this experience does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company or team.

First there was an Initial Zoom screen with a general hiring manager, then an interview with the manager of the hiring team. The hiring manager asked basic questions. The Manager of the team was difficult in that I wasn't always sure what he was asking me. When I asked for clarification, he couldn't provide any and kept asking the same question.
