The first contact you will receive is a phone call from a recruiter to run a basic screen on you. The next interview is done in person by a current manager of Zenefits. The second interview involves a lot of "tell me a time when you.." questions. They care more about how genuinely you can answer the question and are very good a picking up when you're making something up.
