Worst Interview Process... I attended interview 2 weeks back .it consists of written test,technical,managerial,hr rounds First i cleared written test and then they asked to come for next round on weekdays. They scheduled 2nd round after 2 days afternoon 2 30 then they said I cleared this round Again they asked to come for next round after 2 days and scheduled evening 4 30 as all managers are busy I cleared this round as well then hr guy called Sathish said I will have hr round after that he didn't comeback,when I called he said my feedback was good but we can't offer even current salary. It was clearly mentioned about my current salary while appearing for written test only then why stupid HR saying that salary is a constraint. Are they blind or is it a fake company that doesn't recruit anyone?
