Process was phone screen, 2nd phone screen with hiring manager, then 1-1 interview with hiring manager. Management did not follow through with estimated timeline of future determination so I rescinded my application from this company. This is a weakness in the company with following through with promises thus is a deal breaker for me. The HR manager sent me a denial letter 2 days after my rescinding. Once again, a failure in communication and a red flag for other interviewers.
