Started with a phone screen and then went to four rounds after that, that included hiring manager, director of sales ops, two developers, and an instructional designer. All were very kind and made it an enjoyable experience. Each round shaped the role a little bit more because I was able to hear each person's perspective of how the position fits in within their role.
