I recently had an experience with ZYRL now known as Revi that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While the company seemed promising at first, my interactions with them ultimately fell short of my expectations. One of the biggest issues I had with Revi was their lack of communication. I was asked to come in for an onsite interview and provided my availability promptly. However, after that initial correspondence, I received no further communication from the company for a while. I was left wondering if the interview was still on or if I should expect to hear from them soon. After waiting for some time, I decided to follow up with Revi (ZYRL) to get an update on the interview process. To my surprise, I was told that the interview slots had been filled by other candidates who were interviewing for a Project Manager role. While I understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that could prevent a company from sticking to their interview schedule, I was disappointed that no one from Revi reached out to me to let me know that the slots were no longer available. Overall, my experience with Revi was negative due to the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused by having to rearrange my schedule for an interview that ultimately did not take place. However, I do appreciate that the company is likely busy with a large volume of applicants and that things don't always go according to plan. I just wish that there had been more transparency and communication throughout the process.
