I was selected for the interview process through Campus Beats, with my team placing among the top 10 teams. The process consisted of two rounds: Case Study Round: We were given a relatively simple, data-based case study that involved breaking down the problem, analyzing the given data, and providing relevant insights. It tested our ability to interpret and communicate findings effectively. HR/Guesstimate Round: While most candidates were asked guesstimates or logical puzzles in this round, I was given a subjective, open-ended case study. It required me to ask the right questions, understand the business context, and propose a structured workflow or approach rather than deduce an answer through data. The discussion also naturally extended into topics like sports and personal interests, making the interaction more conversational and engaging.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
