A detailed case study round, followed by a behavioural & fit round. Initial tests were screening ones held online, including video round, aptitude round and MCQ case study round.
The screening rounds are mostly the tough ones, where you need to be quite fast and accurate.
The case study round also involves guesstimates and few quizzes from gfg

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
