Three parts, all in one Superday (no previous round of interviewing). One behavioral, one structured case, one unstructured case. Behavioral interviewer extremely nice , as was the structured case (very conversational); the unstructured was a little tougher in terms of the interviewer, but the question was pretty broad and typical to consulting.

It was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then proceeded to another basic case, then two more cases after that and an interview with one of the partners. They were all very kind.

The interview process consists of three rounds, each lasting 30 minutes or so. It includes a behavioral interview to assess fit and two case interviews to evaluate analytical and problem-solving skills.
