telephonic round is just a formality. Case study and behaviour round are important. Case study is usually based on warehousing concept. Technical round for experience person are easy.
I gave an interview for the business technology associate. Dificutly level of the interview at ZS associate was moderate. They mainly asked about the resume - related points e.g. past projects and experience at previous company.

Have to solve a business problem using sql
The interview had aptitude round, case study and HR round.
The aptitude round was remote and online while the case study and HR round was at the Pune office.
The interview was difficult but interesting.
