I applied online. The process took 2 weeks time. Firstly you'll have to clear the online aptitude test and if it's cleared then one of the Zs recruiters will touch base with you. There was total of three round. The first would be based on the case study followed by guesstimates and puzzle and the final would be the discussion with one of the ZS partner.

They will ask you guesstimates and in my case, they asked me the total no. of ATM's in Pune.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
