First stage was an online aptitude test; a very basic one but included a lot of questions to be solved in a short span; hence a lot depended on the accuracy. The next round was a behavioural interview.The interview started off with basic resume questions followed by few puzzles. The third interview round was a case study round.It was a pretty interesting process as we were given a case study to be solved in half an hour, the topic being very relevant to what is being done in the company. After this, we had a 1:1 with the interviewer discussing the case study solution.For many people , this was the final round as they were asked HR questions in the same round. For rest of us who got through the case study , there was a final HR round which was more of a discussion with the higher management.More or less, If one gets through case study , HR round is just a formality.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
