The interview was very easy and chill. Some of the people in HR and the floor management positions in 2nd and 3rd shift seemed very odd and like micromanagers. The production floor was very dirty and not up to code.
I received an email invitation for a 20-30 minute interview with HR. The role I applied for is in Munich, the lady was in Berlin. She opened the conversation with: "I don't know why I got this appointment, maybe I'm not the right person. But as there is some restructuring going on, we have to have the interview".
At that point in the interview I was already WTF - there will be no positive outcome for me. She asked me very basic questions about leadership and seemed very unmotivated. She was basically just going through the list. I don't think she ever read my CV!
We then discussed salary expectations. I gave her my current package, which was in line with what she told me was the salary range for the role. But somehow she wanted me to stop the interview at that point. She: "It's probably not enough for you" - which I never said! I had to make it clear to her that the range was in line with my expectations and that I wanted to find out more about the role. I think I had to repeat that sentence 3 times. Very weird moment TBH.
After about 20 minutes she had no more questions. And now to my surprise I could not ask a single question as she said she knew nothing about the role! LOL That really topped the interview.
Summary: I had high hopes, the company sounds very interesting and I was expecting a professional interview. But after this experience I am not sure anymore. I read some additional reviews afterwards and I can see similarities.
Dear HR, show some respect for the people who apply and make sure that only THE BEST hire THE BEST.

Scheduling was relatively slow and the whole process took about 1.5 months with all the interview partners involved. The Interviews where nice experiences, the questions fair and the process made sense. Be prepared for a relatively long interview process though.
