Don't waste your time interviewing with this company. First they'll have you interview with HR asking typical HR questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years", "why ZE" etc... Then, they'll send you an assessment that'll take a few hours to do, but it is not difficult, just time consuming. After that, you'll have to sith through a 90 MINUTE INTERVIEW with 3 devs. I've had interviews at FAAANG companies that weren't as long. The real twist is that after coding an assessment that should tell them all they need to know about your coding skills, they'll still ask you to do a coding puzzle/riddle infront of the 3 devs. If my assessment was good enough to get an interview, what will another coding puzzle tell you that the assessment didn't? This company seems to have the ego of a FAANG company, and not that of one which has 2.7 stars on glassdoor, get real and stop putting devs through hoops. Either have interviewees do the assessment or the coding question, not both. It feels like they saw companies more successful than them do assessments OR whiteboard questions and thought that if they do both they'll be more successful. After wasting about 5 hours of your time, they'll reject you without saying why. love it, keep up the good work guys

Called in for a test, passed it, had a phone interview with the team lead, called in for a technical interview The technical interview consisted of a panel of 2. One individual with a very thick chinese accent appeared to be the team lead and another individual that looked very bored and tired throughout the interview (a senior developer). They asked some inane technical questions that most people wouldn't even know even with several years experience. Rather the questions asked were not even appropriate for the level of the position (1-2 years). I think their whole technical interview is completely ineffective (explains their high turnover rate). But even that is only a secondary concern. The primary concern was how rude, bored, uninterested they were in the interview. Even if they had to fake it, at least make the candidate feel a bit more welcomed. The senior developer wasn't even looking at me and had half his face resting on his hand (on the table) while he slouched over. When he finally asked questions, he had a very condescending tone and looked bored most of the time. I can finally understand why most of the people here left if this is how people are treated. After the interview, I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. If I didn't meet their "technical" requirements for the role, that's fine but their attitude is the problem. ProTip: Sit up straight, look at the candidate, don't look bored or don't be an interviewer.
