The interview consists of a two-day Open Day event with two sessions: the first day involves a large-scale game-based behavioral assessment, and the second day involves group-format interviews.
The competition is extremely fierce, with only a 5% chance of receiving an offer.

Two rounds of interviews and the Panel interview.
The first round is a group interview and half of the interviewee are fouled and the left will do the written test and individual interview.
The second is an individual interview too.
