Prove you can read script and have sales experience. Show ability to be coach-able. Discuss relevant job experience. Get an overview of the product and structure of company. Meet the manager and get a feel for the office.

It was quick but personable. They really try to get a grasp of your character in a nut shell because they want know who will be representing them on the phone which I think is great. Reputation is everything in todays modern day and age.

They ask a few questions about your sales experience and make you read from a script and hire anyone. I was asked to start the next day and I did. Working there was fun at first until I realized they were a scam. I did well until I figured out they didn't follow through with what they promised to their customers. Sad really.
