2 step interview process. 1. At home online coding assessment where you are asked hard level leetcode questions. 2. Interview with CEO and CTO. Ask random questions about anything and everything with no clear direction. Can be about basic electronics, mechanical, machine learning but least about robotics. They will throw pompous figures at you and try to portray their company as the best whereas they haven't really gotten to show for anything. They simply want cheap labor. I was offered the job, I negotiated the salary and they agreed to it on call and said they will send the written offer in couple of hours. In 3 hours I get a SMS from the CEO saying they are withholding the offer issuance. All they want is cheap labor and the salary was just a base salary and additional benefits. Very unprofessional throughout the process and no clear direction in the company. Strongly recommend against this company!

All the steps were communicated over text message. Overall the founders came off to be extremely rude and semi racist. Quite unrealistic expectations and flawed communication. Please avoid this company at all cost.
