1. Submit resume 2. Phone interview of about 4 questions 3. Panel interview with a panel where only the VPs asks questions. 4. Never hear from them again if you ask about how the three people with the same last name are related.

They asked about your work history and stuff, very basic questions. Don't ask if the two VPs and one Manager that have the same last name are related. (They are)

Entretien
Basically a 3 step process: 1. Submit your resume 2. The HR person calls you and ask a couple questions. 3. You have the interview with the hiring managers and then you never hear from them again.

How do you handle personal conflicts? Describe what you did at your last job, why are you leaving that job? Can you handle stress well? Can you meet deadlines? Are you comfortable working with different department heads? Very basic stuff.
