      Entretien

      First interview screening with the recruiter, second interview with hiring manager. Everything went well. The recruiter was friendly and provided all information as required. Helped me prepare for the 2nd round and I gave my best shot. Seems like a good culture. They go out of their way to ensure your experience is good. I appreciate them keeping me in the loop.. even with the rejection because nowadays employers don’t even send an update after an interview.

      The interview process was very straightforward and simple. They don't overcomplicate the hiring process at all. Everything was done within 2 weeks. I had 2 rounds of interview and 1 exploratory discussion with the recruiter. They walk you through the process very well and set the expectations right from the beginning.

      One of the worst experiences of mine interviewing at this company. At first they shortlisted me based on the resume, Which led to scheduling the screening call with the recruiter; which went really well. The recruiters was really impressed, at the end of the interview the recruiter said that she would be forwarding the profiles to the manager to shortlist the candidates for the next round. Well, if the managers were going to shortlist the candidates based on the profile why not do that in the first place, why would you waster our time with these inital calls. Despite the call really went well, I was rejected. 2 Weeks later, I saw an another opening to which I tried applying again, they again scheduled the screening call, and within 2 hours, I got an another email stating, the position has been filled. I mean what the heck! I won't be applying to this company ever.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Initial screening calls are a deliberate and essential part of a hiring process. While resumes provide a snapshot of experience, these conversations allow us to assess communication skills, role alignment, and overall fit.. factors that cannot be fully evaluated on paper. For this reason, recruiter screenings take place prior to hiring manager review. Following these discussions, candidate profiles are evaluated in context of the broader applicant pool and the specific, and sometimes evolving, needs of the role. As a result, not all candidates who perform well in an initial conversation will move forward. Additionally, role availability can change quickly as hiring processes progress. Positions may be filled or paused at short notice, even while interviews are being scheduled. We appreciate your interest in the opportunity and wish you success in your job search.
