Quick and easy. Sat with facility manager who asked basic questions like experience, etc. then sat with HR rep who explained job to me and lowballed me for pay but i guess changed her mind because my first check was a dollar more than she offered. Not hard t get on. Turn over rate is insane, but all you need is tough skin, a hard work ethic and some integrity to get the job.
