Initial interview with Hr who did not really know much about the job and seemed like they had not looked at my resume at all. It made me hesitate to apply. Attended one of their information sessions which was a lot better . Second interview was 2 hours long , it felt like they were intentionally jumping around in order to put you under stress and confuse you.I passed the tests and answered all the questions showing that I did have the required experience .

Very rigorous, 4 interviews (screening, testing, manager and then director). The screening is the most difficult for people to get past. However, if you can get past that and you actually are an accountant you can pass the testing and then the interviews are very detailed.
