The first round was a basic HR screening. After that, there was an online interview with the Marketing Head, focusing more on my thought process, past campaign experience, and campaign outcomes.
The next step was a case study. The materials were sent via email, and candidates were given 5 days to complete it.
The final round was a physical interview with the Commercial Director and Marketing Head.
I eventually received an offer. Overall, the candidate experience was great, although I decided to join another company due to my priorities at this stage of my career.
Special mention to the HR representative involved. HX did an amazing job throughout the process. She was always accessible, answered questions patiently, and genuinely advocated for the best possible offer for the candidate. It was honestly a difficult decision to decline YouTrip :”)

Interview process takes forever. First spoke to the HR 6 weeks ago and got no response after the screening call. Spoke to the hiring manager 2 weeks ago and no update since. Left hanging without any updates or rejection.
