I applied through university job fair. There's 3 steps to get a job interview offer. I took an exam in the university (an easy exam, something about IT fundamentals). When you pass the exam, they will schedule you for a mini-game. If you pass this mini-game, you'll have a panel interview with senior and mid software engineers.
