Standard process, HR will call you for initial interview, after that you will be scheduled for technical interview including coding and after that the General Manager will talk to you and will offer you a Job Offer given you passed all the tests.

It's a 3 days process, first is to take Logic Exam, after that when you passed, you'll get a call for Technical Exam and then lastly the third is to take the final interview with HR, Senior Devs and the General Manager.
