Long and tedious process but good. Detailed assessment was done within a day. Would have to undergo a meticulous assessment where you will showcase your soft and hard skills to an automated platform.

Entretien
The initial interview was automated. You just have to record yourself answering the given question (mostly situational). If you aren't satisfied with your recording you can always redo it before proceeding to the next question. Its easier than a normal interview since its recorded.

These are just some of the questions that I remember. Describe how will you react if you made a mistake with your job? Do you agree that an incident can be prevented (e.g. mistakes, accident) and why? What will you do if you need to make a decision but your whole team is offline?
