The interview process was very positive and well-structured. Everyone I spoke with was both professional and approachable, and the conversations covered a wide range of topics, which gave me a comprehensive view of the role and the company. I also appreciated how well-prepared each interviewer was and the genuine effort to get to know me beyond just my experience. The process was very transparent and informative throughout, with clear communication at every stage.

The interview process consists of four rounds:
First Round: Initial screening with HR to assess cultural fit and discuss basic qualifications.
Second Round: Interview with the Sales Manager, focusing on sales skills and experience.
Third Round: Discussion with a current Sales Representative to provide insight into the day-to-day role and team dynamics.
Final Round: Meeting with the CEO for a strategic overview and final evaluation.
The interviews are structured, transparent, and designed to give candidates a fair and comprehensive view of the role.
